Navigate Migrate is expanding and looking for experienced, results-driven professionals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping clients achieve global mobility, this role is for you.
🌍 Role Overview:
You will guide clients on permanent residency and work permit opportunities for Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe while managing the end-to-end sales and consultation process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and social media
• Consult clients on immigration options and provide tailored career strategies
• Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and case updates
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet sales targets and close contracts
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales / immigration consulting / client handling
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask efficiently
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
• Team player with a professional approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Languages known: Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu
